A F37 Zagma modification, built to enhance the clean, confident, and expressive voice of crypto wallet Phantom.
Launched in 2021, Phantom has been making crypto simple since its inception. Built by a group of engineers, designers, and former founders, their ambition was to help everyone freely and confidently participate in a new digital economy. Today, Phantom boasts 3+ million users.
Phantom’s brand brought a fresh look into the web3 sphere. The new logo and visual identity were brimming with design DNA to work with. The wordmark, in particular, featured deep ink-traps and angled terminals, providing valuable information.
With such a digital-first brand, the clean geometry and unexpected touches made F37 Zagma the ideal starting point. We crafted ink-traps that mirrored the wordmark without being too distracting. To keep with the clean aesthetic of Phantom, some of F37 Zagma’s other more audatious elements were also simplified; this included removing the tail on the ‘a’ and adding a horiztonal to the ‘4’.
